October 6, 2022. The 2022 USATF Masters 5 Km Cross Country Championships will be held on Saturday, October 22nd in Boulder, CO.

Athletes can employ the map, along with the videos below, to get a good sense of the course in advance of race weekend.
***Flavio De Simone of the Boulder Road Runners has provided 2 videos that show:
1) 8 Minute video showing "The first part of the race from the Start Line, around the lake, over the bridge and back to the start (1.2-1.3M)."

2) 4 Minute video showing "The final 0.6M of the race, from the bottom corner (in the map), which is at the end of a short steep hill up (highest point in the course), downhill back to close to the Start Line and on to the Finish."
