January 6 2017. At the 2016 Annual Meeting of USATF formal elections were held to replace the outgoing leadership. The new leadership thanks Don and Marian Lein for more than a decade of outstanding leadership. Bill Quinlisk will concentrate his focus on LDR/Cross Country relations.
