Them's my excuses for the poor times. One suggestion that I have for the Masters schedulers is that a greater effort should be made to have Masters National races in the San Francisco or LA areas. In the SF Bay area we have an extremely strong running community as evidenced by the large turnout at the XC 2015 Championships held in Golden Gate Park. A 10 miler that was tentatively scheduled for Sacramento was dropped, I was told, because of money issues - who would pay the officials' expenses.
